Returns

We Capillatura™ pride in our high levels of customer satisfaction, of the finest quality of human hair extensions and clip in hair extensions. All our hair products are delivered directly from its country India of Origin. Our human hair products items are very durable and fine-finished and are quality checked for flaws and error before placing it for delivery. The classic beauty and qualities of the range ensures to bring out the natural radiance of the wearer, natural hair texture or colour all sales are final. Our Virgin hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly textures, the colour will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with the colour or texture, we will exchange our Virgin hair within 7 days of purchase.
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used and that includes “trying them on”. Please inspect your extensions thoroughly for colour, quality and texture before wearing them or trying them on. Used extensions cannot be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, colouring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT.

Replacements

Our product is 100% Virgin Indian Remy human hair that is manufactured on the premises, and comes in an array of different textures, lengths, and colours customized to fit our clients’ needs. Our hair is versatile and can be used for different hair techniques such as Weaving, Braiding and Strand by Strand. We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. However, if you feel you’ve received a product that is truly defective and unusual we want to hear from you. If you have received any product that is defective you must contact us within 3 calendar days from the date of purchase. Although no refunds are permitted we will address the quality issue at once. Please contact us at sales@capillatura.com Note that perming, colouring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Defect Exchange Policy. If Capillatura verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, Capillatura™ will them will then exchange or replace the item.

When will I receive my refund if the package goes missing?

We ship insured priority mail and in the very unlikely event your packages go missing, an investigation by the post will take place. Such an investigation can take up to 90 days and we will be able to issue a refund only if/when the post recognizes the status of your package as missing. In that case we will issue an instant refund to your original payment method.

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return/exchange?

Yes, you have to pay the shipping charge while returning the goods and inform us the tracking number.

International shipments, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs and duties are calculated by a country's custom authorities. These fees are set in each country based on manufacturer's nation and cost. Here at Capillatura we do not charge any additional customs, duties, or taxes upon checkout. We unfortunately cannot estimate the total costs that will be charged when you are ready to pick up your package.
All International orders need a customs forms filled out. All items that are detailed under the specified customs forms will be addressed as Merchandise and Goods. Items cannot be detailed as gifts or samples. All customs fees, taxes, and charges are the customers' responsibilities once the item arrives at proper destination.

Fraudulent Transactions

Fraudulent transactions are considered transactions that have not been authorized by cardholders, or transactions authorized by cardholder, but disputed as not authorized. Capillatura™, fully exercises the right to file a claim against unlawful transactions with police enforcement and the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Centre). Filing a claim involves providing authorities with IP addresses, personal billing and shipping information, and any form of documented information that will aid in stopping fraudulent transactions from further taking place.

Order Cancellations

All orders will require 5 to 7 business days for processing (excluding weekends and most major holidays). Processing time is the time that is needed to prepare your order and does not include shipping time. At the time of check out, customers agree to all http://hairshop.biz policies and conditions. The following orders cannot be cancelled.
▶ Orders that are still under 5-7 business processing days
▶ Orders that are on “Ready to Ship” status
▶ Orders in transit from another warehouse under the 5 to 7 business processing day period.

International Returns & Exchanges

If you’re a customer outside the United States, you have 30 days from the shipping date to return the item. All customs fees, taxes, and charges are the customers' responsibilities. This responsibly will only be lifted if it’s an error in our part. Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfil our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.
Refunds for cancelled orders, partial refunds, or full refunds customarily take 3-5 business days, but some financial institutions can take up to 30 days to show a credit in your account. We unfortunately do not have any control over how long it will take to post to your account.
We currently do not accept checks or any money orders. By providing payment, the customer agrees to be bound by these Payment, Shipping, Returns & Exchanges, and Privacy Policies.

Shipping Exceptions and Restrictions

Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed.
Weather related shipping delays are not within the control of Capillatura and may delay orders.
Capillatura is not responsible for packages returned as "Unclaimed", "Undeliverable as addressed", or "Insufficient Address". These packages will be charged a $40 + our Indian customs Duty/Tax for returned Package fee before refund. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday - Friday) excluding Indian National Holidays
